MY METHOD

EACH WORKOUT IS MADE OF BLOCKS

Each session is designed according to your level and objectives and has a specific structure.

Warm up/mobility

Block 1 (approx. 10 min):

Unlocking of articulations.
Example: unlocking of hips, knees and other articulations that will be needed during the workout.

Reinforcement/technique

Block 2 (approx. 10 min):

In this block, we get the muscles ready for the workout. We work on the technique of every movement that will be executed.

Resistance

Block 3 (approx. 10 min):

This block aims at maximizing muscle building by executing different movements that use the same muscle groups.

WOD (Workout Of the Day)

Block 4 (15-20 min):

In this block, we increase the intensity through several rounds of different exercises.

End of workout

At the end of every session we take a moment to cool down. We also give each other feedback.
